Dating is a stage in the life of a person when he or she actively pursues romantic connections with other people. When two unmarried celebrities are seen together in public, they are commonly labelled as ‘dating,’ meaning they were seen together in public, and it is not apparent if they are just friends, seeking a closer relationship or engaging in a romantic way.Amy Diamond was 12 at the beginning of her breakthrough single “What’s in It for Me,” a pop-reggae that took Scandinavia by storm, 19 weeks in the top ten chart of her native Sweden, but her young and cherubic, clear look rejected her strong, rich voice and sarcastic self-assurance. Born in 1992, Amy Linnéa Deasismont spent her youth in England and Sweden, learning dance, performing in theatre and television, skating, and taking part in chanting and performance competitions.
Winning one of these talent contests gained a chance to record in a studio that led to a deal with the Bonnier Amigo Music Group and the February 2005 release of “What’s in it for me.” This is her debut album Is Me Now consists of bright ska and reggae music, together with a live recording of Diamond’s vocal chops “If I Ain’t Got You” by Alicia Key and the presentation of the ultimate redhead hymn of preadolescence, Annie’s “Tomorrrow.”
This is now a sophisticated pop production and completed songwriting, despite his obvious youthful appeal and blatantly motivational, child-friendly themes (the notable exception being the age-ineffering lead single, with Diamond asserting “I refuse to be your mother” incongruously), that he has raised beyond a simple childhood songwriting Warner distribution deal and a European tour contributed to the album’s success that summer all across Northern Europe; she has received a few accolades and nominations back home in Sweden, including the recently founded Nordic Music Award for “What’s in It for Me.” Published in 2006, Still Me Still Now is not surprisingly covering identical territory to its predecessor (“Don’t cry Your Heart Out” this time is the lite-reggae breezer of a leader single).

Amy Deasismont Career
Her single “What’s in It for Me” is known to her. The song was successfully played in Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland in 2005. It was Poland’s best-played song that year; it stayed four months in the top ten. She released six studio albums and performed as a singer, actress and hostess on television.
She also held concerts beyond the Diggiloo Tour; she was elected Summer Tour Queen in 2006 by Aftonbladet, the largest evening newspaper. She released two more singles in late 2006, “Big Guns” and “It Can Only Get Better,” and continued to play on TV, including shows such as Sommarkrysset, Go’kväll and Vinterkrysset. In January 2007, she launched a Fan Club publishing Amy Diamond Fanzine, a quarterly fan magazine. Finally, she sang “In The Ghetto” on Elvis – The Original Cast in September 2007.
In July, Deasismont signed a distribution agreement with Warner to promote the album internationally. Instead of playing with a background track and dancers she never appeared with her band again. In the following summer the album was also popular in other Nordic countries and Poland. “What’s In It For Me” was frequently performed on the radio, becoming the 19th most played song in Finland in 2005 and 16th best songs in Poland in 2005. During the summer there were more singles from the albums “Welcome to the City” and “Champion.” The album was published for the Central European market in a special edition. There were two previously unreleased songs that would later be published in Still Me Still Now. She was sent to Central Europe on a promotional tour in late 2005. Her record deal allowed the entire family to travel with her whenever the concerts were outside of Germany. In Germany, Norway, Denmark, Poland, Lithuania and the Netherlands she has performed on TV.
In February 2006, Deasismont began recording her second album. Her producers sent her songs and she chose to add to the album what she wanted. The album has been recorded at a rate of two to three songs per weekend over four weekends. The album Still Me Still Now was released in May, and a few weeks before the general album release, the first single “Don’t Cry Your Heart Out” was released. Since she was one year old, Deasismont has loved singing. One of her first public performances was in Småstjärnorna at the age of seven. She wore Belinda Carlisle and lip synchronisation to “Heaven is Earth” and finished third in the competition. In 2004, she took part in talent contests like the Jönköping Minimodifestivals and the Super Troupers Swedish TV4, most of them winning. She won the main award at the Mix Megapol Summer Idol: recording a song in a real studio. She was offered a commercial recording contract during recording. Soon after, her debut single “What’s in it for me” was recorded. Markus Sepehrmanesh, one of the album songwriters, said she sang perfectly in an interview. “What is for Me in it” was recorded in ninety minutes, and the single came out in February.
The album released its first single, called “Is It Love?,” on 26 September 2007. She performed on some TV shows including Bobster and Bingolotto and won the Nickelodeon Kids Choice Awards for “Best Female Artist.” The album was released by Max Martin and Tommy Tysper on 28 November 2007 and its second single “Stay My Baby” was releasing on 23 November.
During the second half of 2007, Deasismont released its third album, Music in Motion. This album contains tracks by well-known producers like Max Martin and Alexander Kronlund who worked with Britney Spears in the past. In 2005, Deasismont was nominated for a number of awards. At 13, she was the youngest person in history to be awarded the Nordic Music Award for “What’s in it for me” for the best Nordic hit. She is also the youngest artist to receive the NRJ Radio Awards simultaneously and the smallest to be nominated for the Swedish Grammy Awards. She won the Best Swedish Female Artist, Song of the Year and Newcomer of the Year at the Grammy Awards. She received a Hit of the Year Nickelodeon award and was named to the Swedish Rockbjörnen. In 2010 she won the Nickelodeon Kids Choice Awards again for best Swedish music/group.
In May 2008, Tussilagosmycken launched a “Amy’s Diamond” product. The piece is made of silver and has a diamond in the centre, and the autograph on the back of Deasismont. She recently made a single “Connected” for the Barbie CGI feature “Barbie and the Diamond Castle.”
